Campus Culture
Taking advantage of Chinese traditional festivals, major events, the school opening ceremony, the graduation ceremony and other important occasions, JXUST hosts a wide range of high quality, unique cultural and sporting events. Using the four cultural education projects of Patriotic Culture, Hakka Culture, Mining and Metallurgy Culture and Family Culture, JXUST enhances the awareness of patriotism and collectivism while encouraging a spirit of dedication to the school and to the nation. These events include dance, singing, folk art and speech contests, as well as lectures that raise a student’s awareness of gratitude, responsibility, family, patriotism and national spirit, all of which has already become a crucial part of the quality education received by students at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.
