Recently, the list of collaborative innovation centers co-established by provincial governments and the Ministry of Education was announced. The Development and Utilization of Rare Rare-earth Resources Collaborative Innovation Center (hereinafter referred as the Center) was included in the list.
The Center, focusing on the major needs of industries, regions and the country, aims at conducting researches on high-end equipment for rare rare-earth resources and making innovation in the processing of the resources. The Center also shoulders the responsibilities to produce new technologies and products, and to broaden the application of rare-earth resources. In a nutshell, the Center will play its role in improving the rare rare-earth resources industry and technologies in China.
