On the afternoon of Oct. 31st, the opening ceremony for Advanced Institute for Copper Industry, JXUST, was staged. Based in North Jiangxi’s Yingtan, AICI aims to facilitate the industry-academic-research integration.
Mr. Zhang Zijian, Mayor of Yingtan Municipality, Mr. Zheng Gaoqing, president of Jiangxi Copper Group Co., Ltd., professor Wen Herui, president of JXUST, delivered speeches and jointly unveiled the institute.
The unveiling ceremony of AICI marked a new chapter in the cooperation among JXUST, Yingtan City and Jiangxi Copper Industry Group.
Guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, the three parties pledged to develop the institute into a cutting-edge training and research base for copper resource expertise so as to leverage the resource strength of Yingtan.
