On Nov. 11st, the opening ceremony for the 4th national seminar on the integrated development of VR industry and research institutions was held in the Nanchang Campus of JXUST. 300-plus delegates from universities, VR enterprises or government agencies attended the conference.
Professor Wen Herui, president of JXUST delivered a welcome speech to the opening ceremony. JXUST is committed to promoting the integration and development of virtual reality technology and industrial applications, and has made remarkable achievements in "VR+ nonferrous metals industry" and "VR+ red culture", Wen noted.
Participants shared their insights on the disciplinary construction of virtual reality technology, compilation of teaching materials, personnel training mode, and student employment.
