In the academic discipline assessment conference held on Oct. 28th, metallurgy engineering program of JXUST was listed as the first-class academic discipline of Jiangxi province. Members of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council attended the conference.
Upon extending a warm welcome to the distinguished guests, Professor Yang Bin, president of JXUST, brief the situation of the university from the aspects of historical development, discipline construction, expertise training and management mode. Professor Xu Zhifeng, director of Human Resource Department of JXUST, reported the construction of metallurgy engineering program to the participants.
