On the morning of June 6th, the opening ceremony for Research Institute for Low Carbon Utilization of New Energy and Renewable Resources was held in Ganzhou. Mr. Yang Chunhe, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, together with some other leading researchers in the field of alternative energy engineering, attended the ceremony.
Upon briefing the research and academic performance of JXUST in the past few years, Professor Wen Herui, President of JXUST, introduced the expected targets of the newly-established research platform. By effectively promoting the innovative development and green revolution of low-carbon utilization industries of new energy and renewable resources, the research institute will lay a solid foundation for the "2+6+N" industrial high-quality development of Jiangxi Province and serves the industrial development of low-carbon utilization of new energy renewable resources in the old revolutionary areas of southern Jiangxi.
During the ceremony, Mr. Yang Chunhe, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering was appointed as director of the research institute.
