On July 12, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (JXUST) leadership, led by Party Secretary Yang Bin and President Ge Shirong (Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering), visited China Ruilin Engineering Corporation to strengthen industry-academia collaboration.
Chairman Zhang Xiaobo and General Manager Wu Runhua warmly received the delegation, expressing gratitude for JXUST’s longstanding support. Zhang proposed deepened cooperation in high-caliber talent exchange, breakthrough R&D initiatives, and commercialization of technological achievements to serve national strategic needs. Wu highlighted China Ruilin’s advances in innovation, digital transformation, and specialized product development.
Secretary Yang Bin underscored JXUST’s commitment to leveraging its disciplinary strengths and cutting-edge research platforms. "We aim to expand collaboration in core technology development and industrial application," he stated, envisioning "new frontiers for mutual growth."
President Ge Shirong outlined the university’s integrated strategy for education-science-talent synergy, emphasizing JXUST’s mission to drive regional development. "As a future pioneer in rare earth and critical mineral research, we seek dynamic partnerships with industry leaders like China Ruilin," Ge affirmed. He proposed joint platforms, cross-institutional expertise sharing, and co-innovation ecosystems to fuel high-quality development.
The dialogue concluded with both parties pledging to accelerate collaborative innovation. Department heads from both institutions attended the meeting.
